Episode 92: Hot Topics - Decriminalization of Illicit Substances in B.C.

Effective from January 31st, 2023 to January 31, 2026, Health Canada officially granted an exemption from the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to the Province of B.C., wherein adults are no longer going to be arrested or charged for possessing small amounts of certain illegal drugs for personal use.
